Cannoli Dip  Back to Recipes

Our simple Cannoli Dip has all the sweet flavor and crunch of a classic Italian cannoli without the preparation time. Perfect for dunking and sharing with friends!

  • 1 15-ounce container of ricotta cheese, strained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (may use mascarpone instead)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (feel free to use white, dark or peanut butter chips instead!)
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios or walnuts
  • Waffle cones, pizzelle cookies, fresh fruit (for dipping!)


Add the ricotta and cream cheese (or mascarpone) into a large bowl and blend well, using a hand mixer.

Add in the sugar and extract and mix just until well combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Add to a serving bowl and sprinkle a few more chips on top. Serve with your choice of “dippers.”
