Honeydew Spritz

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 medium honeydew melon, peeled and seeded and cut into medium-small chunks
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 lime sliced for garnish
  • 1 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 liter club soda
  • 2 bottles designer label Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio



Add ¾ cup warm water to ¾ cup sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Set simple syrup aside.

Put honeydew chunks, simple syrup, lime juice and cucumber slices into blender and pulse until pureed.

Refrigerate pureed mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.

To serve, add ice to each wine glass, then top with 1/3 cup puree. Top with Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio and club soda. Serve at your summer soirée!
