Louise Roe’s White Sangria

Style Society blogger Louise Roe mixes up this chic fruit-filled sangria with our limited edition Designer Label Pinot Grigio, perfect for sipping at all your summertime soirees.

  • 2 (750 ml) bottles of Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
  • 1 orange, sliced into segments with peel reserved
  • 2 lemons, juiced with peel reserved
  • 1 pound mixed summer fruit, such as peaches, plums, nectarines and apples, peeled (if desired) and sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 2 cups ice
  • Sugar (optional)
  • 4-8 oz. seltzer or lemon-lime soda (optional)



In a large glass pitcher, arrange the fruit. Add 2 cups ice, lemon juice, orange and lemon rind, and white wine, and refrigerate a minimum of one hour to allow flavors to develop. Just before serving, add sugar to taste, and top off with soda as desired. Serve chilled. Cheers!
