Margo & Me’s Summer Sangria

For a gorgeous upgrade to your summer table, slice pink grapefruit in rounds and arrange them in a retro-chic pitcher – then fill it with this sparkling sangria.

  • 2 bottles of Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
  • 1.5 cups Peach Schnapps or Triple Sec
  • 2 cups peach puree
  • 2 cups fresh sliced peaches
  • 2 cups assorted sliced citrus
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • fresh mint for garnish
  • Sparkling Lemonade or Club Soda to taste 


In a large bowl, combine fruit, fresh mint, and peach schnapps (or triple sec). Mash gently with the back of a wooden spoon until fruit releases its juices and is absorbed into the liquor. Add wine, peach puree, and sparkling lemonade (or club soda) to taste. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or up to 1 day for flavor). To serve, fill glasses with ice and top with sangria and garnish of your choosing.
