Mary Orton’s White Peach Sangria   Back to Recipes

“For this recipe, Ecco Domani's Pinot Grigio is the ideal wine,” Mary Orton of Memorandum says. “I always have chilled bottles at the ready since this wine is a drink-with-everything summertime favorite, but I also particularly LOVE using it in this white peach sangria recipe. Simply delish!”

  • 1.5 bottles of 750 ml Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Brandy (or Triple Sec)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 white peaches, diced
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish



Combine Pinot Grigio, Brandy, sugar, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add in peaches, strawberries, blueberries, mint, and stir. You can serve immediately over ice or if you have time, chill for an hour prior to serving to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with additional lemon slices, berries and mint.
