Vanilla Pear Sangria

Invite a friend for fireside Vanilla Pear Sangria, made with delicious warm spices and Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio. (Makes 5 servings)

  • 1 bottle Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
  • 1 cup rum
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup simple syrup (1/4 cup sugar dissolved in ½ cup warm water)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 pears, ripe and chopped in to small chunks
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 can ginger ale
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnishing the glass


Combine all ingredients except cinnamon sticks in large pitcher and stir for a few minutes until everything is well-combined and all sugars have dissolved.

Let sangria sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes to develop full flavor. Add ice to pitcher and serve in cinnamon stick-garnished wine glasses. Cheers!
