Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Roll puff pastry into an 8” square. Cut sheets into four 4-inch squares.

In a bowl, whisk the large egg and brush the egg wash over the puff pastry. Then, sprinkle each square with the sugar (distributing 1/2 tablespoon evenly among the 20 pastry rounds.) Bake the pastry for 10-15 minutes until puff pastry is puffed up and golden brown. Dot each square with about 4 teaspoons of goat cheese. It should soften from the residual heat. Once it does, gently spread it to cover the squares.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or coat with softened butter and flour.

Combine oil, sugar and Sambuca in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl. Add the vanilla, lemon and almond extracts to the beaten eggs. Add the egg mixture to the large bowl with the oil, sugar and Sambuca. Whisk mixture together. Add the Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio and lemon zest. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Slice the frozen pound cake (does not need to be thawed) into 8 even slices and then cut each of those slices in half. Halve each peach and remove the pits.

On each skewer, thread one piece of pound cake, one half of a peach, and a second piece of pound cake. Repeat with all 8 skewers.

In a small dish, combine honey and butter and melt together in the microwave until butter is completely melted, about one minute. Stir in the cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Heat grill to medium heat and spray the grates with a grill safe cooking spray.

Whisk together sugar and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved. Arrange lemon slices in a single layer in the simple syrup and lightly simmer for about 15 minutes, until rinds are softened and slightly translucent. Add the ricotta and cream cheese (or mascarpone) into a large bowl and blend well, using a hand mixer.

Add in the sugar and extract and mix just until well combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Add to a serving bowl and sprinkle a few more chips on top. Serve with your choice of “dippers.”

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.

Chill the bowl of your stand mixer in the freezer until cold. In another bowl, whisk together Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio, sugar and pudding mix. Set aside. Remove the chilled bowl from the freezer and attach it to your stand mixer. Whip chilled heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. It should take about 90 seconds or so. Reduce the speed of your stand mixer, and slowly pour in the wine/ sugar/ pudding mixture until fully combined. If the peaks have fallen, increase speed to high until stiff peaks have formed again. Place the ice cream into a large loaf pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cocoa and 2 cups boiling water in a large heatproof bowl, stirring until blended and smooth; cool completely.
