Ecco Freddo
Muddle a slice of watermelon with one teaspoon of sugar
Add 1oz. of pineapple juice
Add 2.5 oz. of Ecco Domani's Pinot Grigio
Add ice into a boston shaker and shake vigorously for at least 6 seconds
Pour all ingredients into a lowball glass
Garnish with a thin slice of watermelon
