Ecco Cioccolato
A tantalizing combination of chocolate, raspberry and Chianti, the Ecco Cioccolato is the perfect wine cocktail for any fall or winter party.
- Muddle 6 raspberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Add 2.5 oz. of Ecco Domani Chianti
- Stir in 1.5 teaspoons of sweet cocoa powder
- Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously
- Strain into a martini glass
- Layer whipped cream onto drink
- Garnish with chocolate shavings
