Ecco Domani White Sangria

A twist on a classic, this wine recipe adds sophistication to any summer entertaining.

1 bottle chilled Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
1/2 cup peach schnapps
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 peach, cut in small wedges
Mint sprigs
Sugar cubes
1 bottle chilled sparkling water
Combine wine, schnapps, and fruit in a pitcher. Chill for at least two hours, or overnight. Place one sugar cube in each champagne glass. Add Sangria and top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprigs.
