Oat Crepes  Back to Recipes

A glass of Pinot Grigio will balance the sweetness of these dessert crepes for a late night delight.


1 egg
1/2 cup rolled oats (ground into oat flour)
1/2 cup almond milk or any dairy/non-dairy milk
Desired fruit and yogurt filling


Grind oats into a flour consistency using a food processor.

Add egg and almond milk. Blend.

Pour a thin layer onto a nonstick and/or greased pan.

Carefully flip the crepe to cook the other side.

Fill your Crepe with the desiredyogurt flavor and fruit and enjoy!
