SALMON SKEWERS

Ingredients:

• 1.5 lbs salmon filet​

• 2 Tbsp Graza Sizzle Olive Oil​

• 3-4 lemons (1 for juice, 2-3 for lemon slices)​

• 4 garlic cloves minced​

• 2 tsp Dijon mustard​

• ½ tsp sea salt​

• ¼ tsp ground black pepper​

• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped​

• 1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped​

Directions:

1. Combine the Graza Sizzle Olive Oil for Cooking, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, parsley, and dill for the marinade in a large bowl and whisk them together​.

2. Cut your salmon into roughly 1 in pieces​.

3. Add the cubed salmon into the marinade and gently toss together until coated. Be sure not to over toss the salmon and cause it to fall apart. ​

4. Thread 1-2 salmon pieces onto a skewer and then a lemon slice. Keep repeating until all the salmon and lemon are skewered.​

5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grease the grates.​

6. Add the skewers to the hot grill in a single layer and grill for about 3 to 4 minutes, then repeat on the other side until cooked through. ​

7. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve with a salad or over rice. Enjoy!​
